10 Hour Rental

Cancellation Policy

Renter can reschedule/ Cancel reservations up to 24 hours prior to the start of rental period and receive a credit to use towards a future rental with no additional charge. No refunds will be provided for cancellations. Your reservation credit will expire in 90 days. If the renter cancels or reschedules less than 24 hours from the start of the rental period, no credits or refunds will be offered. Please note, this includes reschedules / cancellations for any reason including the photographer or videographer’s client having cancelled their shoot and cancellations due to illness including Covid-19. Upon cancellation, you will receive a credit for the quantity of hours booked or the dollar amount purchased for the reservation that can be applied towards a future reservation.
